Both groups showed a nocturnal pattern, with the acrophase in the DON group being marginally behind in comparison to the OAG group. Several IOP curve-derived parameters differed between the two groups, with greater amplitude during sleep time and longer duration of IOP u2265 21 mmHg at awake time in the DON group than the OAG group. Conclusion Based on 24-h IOP-related trends, the diagnostic system aids in discrimination between OAG and DON in TED patients.
