Objective: The ProtekDuo cannula's findings were used to provide continuous right ventricular assistance with oxygenator in ARDS secondary to COVID-19. A total of 194 patients with ARDs secondary to COVID-19 underwent ProtekDuo delivery to create a blend of respiratory [veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation ] and right ventricular support. Patients treated with the ProtekDuo cannula in five studies had survival rates between 59% and 89% during the five studies, which provided a significant survival benefit when compared to an invasive ventilation company or other double lumen ECMO cannulas. When the ProtekDuo was used, an association for acute kidney injury prevention and continuous renal replacement therapy could have been shown. Only limited literature is available for the ProtekDuo in V-P ECMO configuration in the COVID-19 ARDS setting, and caution should be used with caution.

According to the measured data of the target ship in typical working profiles, the results revealed that there are significant fuel consumption and pollution issues in the diesel engine power system, which revealed that there are significant fuel consumption and pollution issues. The results and emission indicators of diesel engine and LNG engine are compared and evaluated, as well as the fuel cost advantage, green advantage, and power disadvantage of LNG engine compared to diesel engine are determined from the perspectives of power, economy, and green. The new propulsion system is shown to be the gas-electric hybrid propulsion system based on the ESS by comparing the topological characteristics of various hybrid propulsion systems, and the selection of the supercapacitors and lithium batteries is compared.
