Cell models for micropolar fluid past a porous micropolar fluid sphere with stress jump condition

The investigation of an axisymmetric creeping flow of micropolar fluid past a porous surface rich with micropolar fluid is investigated analytically. According to the type of cell-model used, the A sphere's surface is predicted to have good boundary conditions, but the correct boundary conditions applied to its fictitious envelope vary. A model for the movement of micropolar porous fluid spheres in cell micropolar fluids has a good fit with literature variable values.

The sphere of ECtHR jurisprudence application in the activity of criminal investigation bodies of law

We have examined the scientific and practical aspects of the ECtHR's use of ECtHR case law and interpretations in the field of criminal investigation bodies of law's operation, as well as determining the particulars of the criminal investigation process in the national criminal process. We analyzed the implications of using the precedents of the European Court in the criminal process, revealing the particulars and benefits of its use among the criminal investigation bodies.

Informing the population of Russia in the sphere of the ambient air quality

To develop a reliable method for publishing ambient air quality data, it's important to take into account certain peculiarities related to individuals obtaining particular results. To make information spreading more effective, we'll explore population's information needs in ambient air quality. We discovered that Internet users in Russia had no particular concern in topics relating to ambient air pollution. Hence, this topicality of environmental concerns has resulted in a greater number of information needs in the field, which are more prevalent among those living in industrially developed cities than those living in smaller settlements. A system for information exchange could enable the ability to respond operatively to u2018emotional signalsu2019 distributed by population in electronic communications.

Three-dimensional flow field measurements in the wake of a tethered sphere crossing the onset of vortex induced vibrations

The evolving three-dimensional vortex shedding topology of a heavy, tethered sphere exposed to uniform flow across the start of vortex-induced vibrations has been published together with simultaneously tracked sphere positions. Under these challenging circumstances, three-dimensional vortex shedding under these turbulent conditions closely resembled those under stable U^* conditions. Several well-defined stages linked to the changing instantaneous location of the velocity deficit centroid and the wake's symmetry plane's orientation were shown by Changes in the aftermath preceding the onset of VIV. The occurrence of induced vortices leading to the lock-in of streamwise oscillations prior to lock-in in the transverse direction long before the onset of VIV. Although the current Reynolds numbers were chosen low, several identified stages in the onset of VIV are also expected to be relevant at a higher Re range.

Is this local e-democracy? How the online sphere of influence shaped local politics. Empirical evidence from the Manchester Congestion Charge referendum

The debate about whether the internet can be used to transform democratic activity seems to have revolved around a null, empirically backed consensus that sees the internet as a political sphere of influence. However, it also contains evidence of civic activists who are active on the internet to get their voices heard, and it claims that local democracy's prospects for this digital space are in fact dependent on the network of these activists and local policy makers.

Online Deliberation Between the Weak and Strong Public Sphere

A government portal Predlagamvladi. si and a citizen portal Danesjenovdan. si are two empirical case studies in Slovenia's Web sphere, challenging the theoretical assumptions of deliberative communication in online contexts of two empirical case studies: a government portal Predlagamvladi. si and a citizen portal Danesjenovdan. si.
