Creating a digital space of socially sustainable development for food enterprises

The benefits of integrating corporate social responsibility tools and economic digitization workflows have been explored, as well as a new method for analyzing small and medium-sized companies according to their level of maturity. This report identifies trends of CSR growth, suggests the use of a new model of "digital space of socially sustainable growth" in food industry enterprises, and recommends a statistical instrument kit for determining the degree of maturity of the digital space of socially sustainable growth of food industry enterprises. The new CSR scorecard makes it possible to identify companies and rank them in the coordinated framework of corporate social responsibility/digitalization. The maturity of eight enterprises of the food industry in Ukraine in the DSSSD space were determined, according to the results of the analysis. Due to increasing digitalization and the establishment of an internal CSR system, two businesses are now at the initial level of DSSSD, two businesses are moving to zone 2, and two businesses are in a state of transition to zone 3 due to increasing digitalization and the establishment of an internal CSR system, which indicates active growth. Improving the framework in the areas of corporate social responsibility creation and digitalization of the organization makes it possible to optimize enterprise information systems, automate management processes, and establish new customer and beneficiary communication channels.
