Design of a High-Speed OFDM-SAC-OCDMA-Based FSO System Using EDW Codes for Supporting 5G Data Services and Smart City Applications

In this paper, a novel free space optics system is introduced by combining orthogonal frequency division multiplexing with spectral amplitude coding optical code division multiple access to be used in 5G technology and smart cities. Signature codes are used for signature codes, while single photodiode detection is used for the SAC-OCDMA system. Each having 15 Gbps, three users in the SAC-OCDMA system are given a four-quadrature amplitude modulation scheme. The performance of the new device is measured in terms of bit error rate log and received power at various propagation distances. With 2. 791 km for low haze, 1. 591 km with a 1. 21212. 7 dBm for medium haze, and 1. 025 km with u221212. 6 dBm for heavy haze.

Wettability and Rheological Behavior of Low Ag Lead-Free SAC/Graphene and Cobalt-Graphene Nanocomposite Solder Paste

In relation to the wettability and rheological properties of low-Ag lead-free SAC0307 solder paste, the effects of dopant nanoparticles, graphene nanosheets, and cobalt decorated-graphene nanosheets were investigated. Phase identification of the solder bulk and interface of the solder and copper substrate was carried out by X-ray diffraction and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy by phase. GNSs floated away and separated from the solder bulk during the reflow soldering process due to the nonmetallic nature of GNSs. However, CoGNS nanoparticles improved wettability and fluidity of the solder due to the increased active absorption surface on the copper substrate, as well as the improved wettability and fluidity of the solder. In the solidification range, the fluidity of solder including CoGNSs was significantly higher than that of solder with GNSs.
