Short-term efficacy and safety of a lower dose of polyethylene glycol recombinant human growth hormone in children with growth hormone deficiency: A randomized, dose-comparison study

One or two minor AEFIs, such as pain, tenderness, redness, etc. , were present in 40 percent of those survey respondents. The most commonly reported systemic AEFIs were fatigue, generalized feeling of sick, muscle pain, and fever, followed by headache, dizziness, and joint pains. ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 Corona Virus Vaccine was found to be associated with mild local and systemic AEFIs that were more prevalent after the first dose in comparison to the second dose. Interpretation and conclusions: ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 Corona Virus Vaccine was discovered to be closely related to mild local and systemic AEFIs that were more prevalent after the first dose when compared to the second dose.
