The current cost-effectiveness study looked at the widespread dissemination of behaviour change therapy for patients with persistent kidney disease in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods Anthropolization was done in the Japanese general population, based on the prevalence of definitive CKD in the Japanese general population, a cost impact analysis was carried out by establishing the target population as patients aged 40-u201374 years with stage-3 CKD. In the fifteenth year of the new therapy using our CEA system, we estimated the number of patients with end-stage kidney disease to decrease by 4,496. In the base case, the budget impact of the new procedure as a total increase in spending was expected to be negative by the tenth year. Conclusions The widespread dissemination of behaviour change techniques has led to a decrease in progression to ESKD. ".
