Deep potential generation scheme and simulation protocol for the Li 10 GeP 2 S 12 -type superionic conductors

Li-ion batteries that are next generation Lith batteries must be manufactured from solid-state electrolyte materials with superior lithium ionic conductivities. Molecular dynamics may help to determine Li-ion diffusion process in these superionic conductor materials at atomic scale. Here, we use the deep potential generator to develop interatomic potentials for Li 10 GeP 2 S12 solid-state electrolyte materials. With the help of the internet, we can now extend the simulation of the diffusion process to a large temperature range and systems with large size.
