Neurofibromatosis type 2 is mainly caused by NF2 point mutations or intragenic deletions. We present a paper on 22q12 microdeletionsu2019 characterization in three NF2 patients with different phenotype complexity. In the patient with the mildest phenotype, A 147 Kb microdeletion was detected, albeit two major deletions of 561 Kb and 1. 8 Mb were discovered in the other two patients, demonstrating a more severe symptomatology. The last two patients developed intellectual impairment, possibly as a result of AP1B1 gene deletion, which may be attributed to gene deletion. According to the changed expression levels of four deletion-flanking genes, including PIK3IP1, the patient with the largest deletion, one to five TADs, and the 22q12 chromatin regulatory landscape, according to the altered expression levels of four deletion-flanking genes, including PIK3IP1.

Pattern recognition algorithms have produced promising results in the field of upper limb prostheses myoelectric control and are now being embedded in commercial devices for the past two decades. This paper introduces an adaptive method based on a pattern recognition classifier that uses an enhanced database to display variations in leg position or external loads, while others in limb position or external loads, allowing adaptive adaptation to underrepresented variations.
