Design, simulation and fabrication of non-spiral based fluxgate sensor on printed circuit board (PCB)

This paper explores the effectiveness of non-spiral planar excitation and pick-up micro-coils used for a fluxgate sensor with a NiFe magnetic rod core. Magnetic flux[u03d5], magnetic field density [B], coupling coefficient, inductance [L], and magnetic field [E] of the coils are simulated for a set of excitation currents, as shown by magnetic flux [H], magnetic field density [B], magnetic field strength [H], magnetic field density [B], magnetic field intensity [H], magnetic field strength [H], coupling coefficient, inductance [L], and magnetic flux [E] of the coils. The frequency response of the non-spiral fluxgate sensor plotted is plotted when using different excitation conditions. The sensor demonstrated earth magnetic field strength determination.

Development of Detachable Rogowski Coil Current Sensor using PCB for High Voltage Cable Partial Discharge Measurement

This paper presents and discusses the creation of a Rogowski Coil using a detachable Printed Circuit Board as a new indicator for Partial Discharge measurement. In addition, the testing of this innovative new sensor concentrated on the detachable PCB Rogowski Coil's ability to monitor as a high-voltage current sensor and its sensitivity in fault diagnosis, overvoltage current sensing, and high-impulse current sensing on HV cables. Eventually, a brief review of the detachable PCB RC current sensor's sensitivity, maximum voltage, and current detection is given. This paper can also be used as a roadmap for other researchers to design an advanced RC current sensor with PCB as a HV current sensor in the future. The measurement findings of the detachable PCBRC current sensor, as well as the sensitivity and current detection results, can be used as a guideline by another researcher.
