One More Way for Understanding US-North Korea Enmity and the Possibilities Under the Biden Administration

In this essay, we investigate three aspects of the US-North Korea relationship: what type of relationship it has been loyal to, why it hasn't changed for more than seven decades, and what future relations between the United States and North Korea will be under Biden Administration. The results show that Hobbesian culture has been dominating US-North Korea relations since 1949, when the U. S. did not recognize North Korea's sovereignty and launched unlimited war against North Korea in late 1950. Although the USA pursues Hobbesian history as a result of Hobbesian history, North Korea pursues Hobbesian culture, while North Korea pursues interests spawned by Hobbesian history, the latter pursues ambitions sparked by this Hobbesian heritage.
