Results: The bone marrow and cerebrospinal fluid in the RB tumor cells not only appeared as aggregated clumps, but also in a dispersed manner. Different tumor cell smears from the same tumor mass may have different morphologies in different instances, with different tumor cell smears from the same tumor mass even showing different characteristics. Conclusion: The tumor cells of RB patients' bone marrow and cerebrospinal fluid have distinctive morphological characteristics.

A Myelogram Information Service Increases Leukemia patients’ Motivation and Compliance

Patients may be unable to fully comprehend their medical condition by their doctors' explanation, but it may be difficult for patients to fully comprehend their medical condition. We conducted a "Myelogram Information Service by clinical laboratory technicians" as part of a patient education program in order to give patients a better understanding of the disease. This attempt was designed to introduce bone marrow smears to patients directly and help patients visualize their disease status visually. We also investigated the degree to which the patients' experience of their disease during leukemia therapy. Patients and Method: A total of 36 patients were included in this study, who were admitted in our hospital between June 2003 and July 2010, with a number of 36 patients participating. Hematology technicians alerted the patients of the examination by displaying their BMs and peripheral blood smears under light microscopy, as well as peripheral blood smears under microscopy as well as peripheral blood smears.
