DFT computations on the hydrogen bonding interactions between methacrylic acid-trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate copolymers and letrozole as drug delivery systems

Both B3LYP and B3PW91 levels were investigated using density functional theory to investigate hydrogen bonding reactions between letrozole's anticancer drug and three copolymers of methacrylic acid-trimethyl trimethacrylate. Methacrylic acid-based biomaterials promote peripheral innervation in the subcutaneous space of mice

Here we introduce a new role for MAA-based biomaterials in promoting terminal axon nerve development. Our results show that MAA-based biomaterials promote peripheral nerve growth in a Shh-dependent manner in Igf-1 and Shh. MAA, according to iDISCO's analysis, raised the presence of peripheral nerve structures in whole explants. MAA can also increased the expression of key neuronal markers and growth factors in a diabetic db mouse model, the diabetic db/db mouse, in a peripheral neuropathy model, meaning that MAA-based biomaterials may be useful for peripheral neuropathy therapy. Moreover, MAA was able to up-regulate the expression of growth factors for an extended period of time in a peripheral neuropathy model, meaning that MAA could prevent degeneration by an effect on survival factors.

Synthesis and Application of Latex-Based Ethylene-Propylene Copolymer on Methacrylic Acid

When the amount of methacrylic acid in the latex equals 5 parts by weight, a modified latex with optimal performance was found. The results of the present research indicate that the aqueous dispersions of EPC latex were synthesized with various emulsifiers with high chemical stability. The presence of the key factors that influence the stability and adhesive properties of the EPC aqueous dispersion have been established. In the presence of MAA, the best stability for six months is achieved at a pH value of 12. EPC water emulsion has been improved for six months, according to graft copolymerization.

Orally Administered, Biodegradable and Biocompatible Hydroxypropyl–β–Cyclodextrin Grafted Poly(methacrylic acid) Hydrogel for pH Sensitive Sustained Anticancer Drug Delivery

In addition, the pharmacokinetic profile of cytarabine in rabbits was also established. In vitro dehydration of hydrogels in vitro was more apparent at intestinal pH than at acidic pH, and in a controlled manner up to 24 h. Hydrogels had longer plasma half-life and AUC as a result of the oral cytarabine regiment's use. Hence, the developed hydrogel networks proved to be a valuable and biocompatible cargo for prolonged and site-specific delivery of cytarabine in colon cancer therapy.

Semi-Continuous Heterophase Polymerization to Synthesize Poly(methacrylic acid)-Based Nanocomposites for Drug Delivery

The synthesis of nanocomposites of poly grafted onto carbon nanotubes modified with poly dendrimer by semicontinuous heterophase polymerization SHP is shown in this paper. SHP is a polymerization process that has been poorly used to produce nanocomposites containing CNTs and has the ability to produce more ordered alkyl methacrylic polymer chains, which may lead to the fabrication of a homogenous nanocomposite. Hiber and Korsmeyer U2013Peppas models were successfully fitted with pure PMAA and nanocomposites prepared at the lowest monomer fed rate.

Stir bar sorptive-dispersive microextraction by a poly(methacrylic acid-co-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate)-based magnetic sorbent for the determination of tricyclic antidepressants and their main active metabolites in human urine

Abstract This paper was written in a poly-based magnetic sorbent was used to determine tricyclic antidepressants and their key active metabolites in human urine in a rapid and sensitive manner. The proposed analytical technique is based on stir bar sorptive-dispersive microextraction followed by liquid chromatography—u2013tandem mass spectrometry. The main parameters of extraction were optimized by using the response surface technique as a multivariate optimization technique, but a univariate approach was used to analyze the desorption parameters. The direct analysis of urine samples was carried out by Matrix, but they were negligible when a 1:1 v/v dilution with deionized water was used. Finally, the technique was applied to human urine samples from three volunteers, one of whom was using a prescription drug for depression that tested positive for clomipramine and its key active metabolite. The present research extends the SBSDME's use to new analytes and new types of magnetic sorbents.
