Metaverse Framework: A Case Study on E-Learning Environment (ELEM)

Although E-Learning systems have grown with technology, in their best case, they are either not well defined or are adopted, in their best case, as only a 3D environment. In this paper, we review some recent studies to find out the unique technologies that should be included by the metaverse framework, and then we explore the metaverse's framework if applied as an E-Learning environment framework.

What the Metaverse is (really) and why we need to know about it

The fusion between the virtual world and the physical one will be the primary feature of the metaverse's key feature, according to the major technology firms. One of the metaverse's less obvious features is that allowing this possibility is one of the metaverse's less obvious aspects: the metaverse works like our minds. The metaverse is instead a transformative technology, capable of altering what people believe to be, despite the fact that television and social media are persuasive technologies, because of their ability to influence people's attitudes and habits.

Evolution of the Internet from Web 1.0 to Metaverse: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

The World Wide Web is the world's largest global information network, by which a user can share, read, and write information through computers connected to the internet. internet has made a lot of strides from web1. 0 to web 3. 0 in the last few years. In 1991, the first iteration of the web or web 1. 0, also known as the Classic Web, appeared on the web. Web3. 0 is generally thought of as the start of the semantic web, where computers will start generating and sharing new content rather than humans.

ANOTHER DIMENSION OF COMMUNICATION “EXAMPLE OF METAVERSE IN THE VIRTUAL WORLD”

In this period, web 1. 0, which we can see as reading what is written on the internet, was followed by web 2. 0, and bloggers, youtubers, and influencers became popular. For this reason, the tools used to build the metaverse world should be small, easy to use, and portable, and the individual who will use the software should have technological expertise; not to mention that this technology can be used to create a virtual culture of social relations and communications, beyond determining it as a fun and enjoyable leisure time.

Metaverse—Flight From Dusk to Darkness?

Physical, virtual, andaugmented realities are mixed in digital space, according to the journal, the phenomenon of the metaverses, or software firms' initiatives, where technological advances, such as software firms' projects, are brought together in digital space. According to apologists for the metaverses, the Internet will no longer exist in the traditional sense and will take its place in the metaverses as global virtual spaces for communication, education, and leisure will be established by the metaverses soon. The article explores how technology exploits human shortcomings, increasing its reach, and gaining control of society. The depletion of values and morale in the virtual world, as well as the destruction of the individual's identity are two of the key dangers related to the metaverses. The report concludes with the conclusion that a new socio-humanistic rationality must be developed to give control over the logic of tech companies's metaverse construction.

Facebook and the creation of the metaverse: radical business model innovation or incremental transformation?

Purpose: Facebook changed its name to Meta in October 2021, announcing a new age of social interaction, enabled by the metaverse technology, which seems to be poised to become the future center of mass social media interactions. The results of our review of Facebook's entrepreneurial journey indicate that the communicated strategic refocusing did not correspond to a new BM innovation trend. The authors predict that the BM's key features of the BM will change incrementally, even though Facebook's BM may advance into the innovation phase, as the new changes appear highly futuristic. Originality/value This paper is the first research to look at Facebook's response in rebranding Meta and refocusing its focus on building the metaverse from an entrepreneurship and BM perspective.

Metaverse, SED Model, and New Theory of Value

The social economic dynamics model combines macroeconomy and microeconomy based on the new theory of value by analogy with Newtonian mechanics and the modeling approach of Agent-based computational economics. We'll all agree that the method of computer simulation based on the SED model is a scientific empirical approach, which has more benefits than traditional empirical research methods in economics.
