Colon cancer cells secreted CXCL11 via RBP‐Jκ to facilitated tumour‐associated macrophage‐induced cancer metastasis

Tumour‐associated macrophages are the main cell elements in tumor microenvironments. Below, we aimed to figure out the function of RBP‐Jκ in colon cancer metastasis and its underlying mechanisms for regulating communications in between colon cancer cell and tumour‐associated macrophages. And our patients' data show that RBP‐Jκ expression and tumour‐associated macrophages infiltration are connected with colon cancer metastasis and are independent prognostic aspects for colon cancer patients. Our study revealed that colon cancer cells secreted CXCL11 using overexpression of RBP‐Jκ to boost the expression of TGF‐β1 in tumour‐associated macrophages to additional promote transition of colon cancer cells.
