Abstract \ nBackground \ nThe international epidemiological studies reported lower cancer risk after long-lasting usage of birth controls. Our methodical studies demonstrated that abortifacients work in protecting against cancer metastases caused by flowing tumor cells. The here and now studies were developed to interdisciplinarily check out resemblances and distinctions between embryo implantation and cancer cell adhesion/invasion. Impacts of oral metapristone and mifepristone on embryo implantation in regular women mice and adhesion/invasion of flowing tumor cells in BALB/C women mice were examined. Outcomes \ nBoth embryo JEG-3 and cancer MCF-7 cells revealed high sLex, CD47, CAMs, while both endometrial RL95-2 and endothelial HUVECs displayed high integrins and ICAM-1. Near physical focus of 17β-estradiol plus progesterone advertised migration and invasion of JEG-3 and MCF-7 cells using upregulating mmps and integrins. Mifepristone and metapristone considerably hindered both embryo implantation and cancer cell metastasis in mice.
