We investigate the events describing the step of the unfolding of a blue copper metalloprotein azurin's evolution by using replica exchange molecular dynamics. Different basins constructed at different temperatures reveal the stability of various melted structures in the unfolding process. Sheets with charged side chains on the surface melt faster than others, according to an investigation of the individual sheets by investigating their amino acid sequence.
