In a total of 210 patients diagnosed with chronic angina pectoris, ST-elevation myocardial infarction, or non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction, the concentrations of drugs and their metabolites were determined by a validated device. According to atorvastatin, 22. 1, 23. 5, and 41. 2 percent, respectively, with 65% for rosuvastatin in patients diagnosed with USAP, STEMI, and NSTEMI. In the sample population, our findings support poor patient compliance with statin therapy.

During raw tea or ripen tea processing, a prominent enantioselectivity of 1R, 2S-cycloxaprid, and 1S, 2R, Cycloxaprid, and 1S is observed. In raw or ripen Puer tea processing, the degration result shows the enantioselectivity of cycloxaprid.

Simultaneous determination of pyflubumide and its metabolite in vegetables and fruits by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry

The limitation of quantification of two substances was 2 g/kg, which was significantly below the maximum residue limits for pyflubumide in foods developed by Japan and South Korea. Lastly, the pyflubumide and its metabolite concentrations in the samples were 16. 6 and 7. 8 g/kg respectively, confirming the method's accuracy and reliability. The method was used to quickly detect pyflubumide and its metabolite in real samples and was found to be fast and efficient for routinely testing both pyflubumide and its metabolite in vegetable and fruit samples.
