Metabolic Effect of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in Adolescents With Type 1 Diabetes

Hypothesis 3 month HIIT training program extends time in range and reduces glycemic variability in adolescents with DM1. Patients with DM1 will not be left without assistance knowing the benefits of physical fitness in patients with DM1.
