Purpose: Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the possibility of 4D flow in determining fluid dynamic and energetic derangements in ischemic and restrictive LV cardiomyopathies. tystole and diastole; reduced KE V mainly in the basal area; increased DF and RV; and reduced basal HDF ratio by 63% at peak systole; and reduced basal HDF component by 63%. The following alterations vs. controls: significantly reduced KE V at the E-wave peak in the basal segment; nevertheless, nonstatistically significant, increased peaks, and altered time course of the HDF basal u2013apical component of diastole's weakest HDF component in systole's slightly reduced HDF components. Patients in ICM and AL-CA patients, respectively, with the evaluation of multiple 4D flow-derived parameters demonstrating fluid dynamic alterations in terms of systolic and diastolic dysfunctions.
