We report that the discovery and evolution of galaxy clusters, as well as the characteristics of dark matter, the intracluster medium, and particle acceleration are all improving our knowledge of galaxy cluster formation and evolution. Each merging cluster provides only a single view of the cluster formation process, and the number of merging clusters is numerous. Clusters hosting double radio relics are rare and highly useful because they place tight limits on the merger process. MACS J1752. 0+4440 and ZWCL 1856. 8+6616, two double radio relic clusters, are among the new MACS J1752. 0+4440 and ZWCL 1856. 8+6616. X-ray description, we present a poor-lensing and X-ray summary. However, recent ZWCL 1856. 8+6618 is likely at a later merger stage than MACS J1752. 0+4440, according to revelations from the hot-gas features and our multiwavelength measurement report. We speculate that the SW radio relic in MACS J1752. 0+4440 is a result of particle reacceleration.
