Implementation of ITREE-MAC Protocol for Effective Power Management and Time Synchronization in Wireless Sensor Networks

The emergence of wireless sensor networks has resulted in major advances in electronic and communications networks. Several applications in wireless network communications require time synchronization as a basic requirement. To collect the necessary physical properties for low-duty applications, wireless sensor nodes are tiny in size and operated at low cost. Sensor Nodes are used to send and receive data packets from one sensor node to another, and the Wireless Sensor Network is a network of sensor nodes that are used to send and receive data packets from one sensor node to another. This paper aims to develop three protocols, including Receiver Centric MAC protocol, Improved Receiver Centric MAC protocol, and Intelligent Traffic and Resource Elastic Energy MAC protocol for the WSN environment, depending on the target. So the overall result of the ITREE-MAC protocol is much higher than the other three IEEE802. 11 MAC, RC-MAC, and IRC-MAC protocols. In ITREE-MAC protocol, energy consumption is less in ITREE-MAC protocol, and it saves the power in wireless sensor network applications as a result of the study.

A Multilevel Scheduling MAC Protocol for Underwater Acoustic Sensor Networks(UASN)

In recent years, underwater acoustic sensor networks have attracted a lot of attention in recent years and are still used as part of oceanic applications. In the paper, we outline a cluster-based MAC scheme to nil out these challenges, as the Multilevel Scheduling MAC protocol for UASN. Sensor nodes' lifetime is determined by the cluster's head, who also helps to inflate sensor nodes' lifespan. With two queues depending on the cluster's applications, the channel will be launched in order to raise the channel's availability.

OCDMA: a MAC Protocol for Industrial Intra-machine TeraHertz Network

Abstract This paper discusses an industrial device, in which wireless sensor nodes support control applications. Hundreds of tags per cubic meter would yield an overall throughput of tens of Gbits/s, but control applications, on the other hand, require a latency of fewer than 0. 1 ms. This work suggests an Orthogonal Chirp Division Multiple Access scheme to be used in the TeraHertz frequency bandwagon. Propagation delays can be of the same order of magnitude as the packet transmission time, even at short distances.

MAC Protocol Analysis for Wireless Sensor Networks

Using Machine Learning in WSNs for Performance Prediction MAC Layer

Sensor nodes for wireless communications are now available in such environments, and are of utmost importance in network enhancements. Proposed MAC layer protocols for WSNs are generally intended to produce a good result in packet reception rate. In this paper, we use machine learning algorithms to predict the success of the CSMA/CA MAC protocol based on the packet reception rate. Our review shows that the XGBoost prediction model is the most effective supervised machine learning strategy to improve network performance at the MAC layer level.

Inflammation, but not recruitment, of adipose tissue macrophages requires signalling through Mac-1 (CD11b/CD18) in diet-induced obesity (DIO)

The leukocyte integrin Mac-1 is a key adhesion receptor that is crucially controlling inflammation cell recruitment. In a mouse model of diet-induced obesity, we tested the possibility that a genetic defect and a therapeutic modulation of Mac-1 influence adipose tissue inflammation. Mac-1-/- mice in insulin-clamps, decreased insulin sensitivity in skeletal muscle and liver, insulin secretion deficiency, and elevated glucose levels in fasting rats, and dyslipidaemia were all surprising. In Mac-1-/- mice, the accumulation of adipose tissue macrophages was unaffected, and gene expression showed less inflamed adipose tissue and macrophages. Until finally, the peptide inhibitor cM7's inhibition of Mac-1's adhesive contact to CD40L did not affect myeloid cell formation in adipose tissue. We present the surprising finding that the leukocyte integrin Mac-1's adhesive properties are not sufficient for macrophage accumulation in adipose tissue. In comparison, Mac-1 modifies inflammatory gene expression in macrophages.
