An ISO-certified genomics workflow for identification and surveillance of antimicrobial resistance

A long-standing challenge in clinical and public health microbiology has been missing since genomics' promise to revolutionize detection and monitoring antimicrobial resistance. The abritAMR platform in NCBI utilizes NCBI's AMRFinderPlus, as well as other features that group AMR determinants into antibiotic classes and produce customized reports. The 864 Salmonella spp. genome predictions were also compared. The abritAMR tool and validation datasets are freely available to assist laboratories everywhere trying to harness the benefits of AMR genomics in scientific research. It's still difficult to use genomics for detection and monitoring antimicrobial resistance in clinical labs.

Studying the Braking Efficiency of the Tractor Semi-trailer on a Straight Road with Road Surface Profiles According to ISO 8608–2016

According to ISO 8608/u20132016, Matlab-Simulink software is used to measure vehicle braking performance on a straight road with road surface profiles, according to ISO 8608/u20132016. If the tractor semi-trailer is run on road surface profiles D, E, and F, the braking force value is reduced by around 23 percent [1 ]; the vehicle's braking acceleration is less than 2. 2 mph[/ 1].

Applying ISO 19650 Guidelines on Digital Deliverables Intended for BIM-Centric Facility Management (FM) in Quebec’s Context

Although BIM is increasingly used during planning and construction, the use of BIM for facility control is still a new trend. As such, several concerns regarding information technology use during this phase, particularly with information handover between construction and operations, are also abound concerning information management practices. This paper explores the difficulties faced by Quebec construction industry stakeholders in the creation and handover of digital information intended for facility management using ISO 19650 as a framework. A study is intended to assist the construction and facility management industries in establishing a cohesive plan for BIM implementation within Quebec's political, economic, and legal context. With the framework of ISO 19650, the results can help stakeholders recognize this disruption, assess how it impacts their work process, and suggest ways to overcome potential challenges facing the way of fluid information management.

Implementation of ISO 9001 in the Manufacturing Industry, a Literature Review

ISO 9000 is one of the most widely used ISO codes. ISO 9000 is a series of quality management system requirements that give businesses and organizations directions and equipment to ensure that their products and services consistently meet client satisfaction, resulting in continual quality improvement. ISO 9001 is a globally recognized industry for quality control techniques. ISO 9001 helps to reduce the process, improve company quality, and increase efficiency in a continuous improvement cycle. The case report reveals how ISO 9001 was used in the manufacturing industry. We conducted a survey in a variety of ways to gather data from various industries in order to better understand the use and benefits of ISO 9001. Because some industries and clients require ISO 9001 certification before doing business, the sector can expand into new markets. The abstract should in a few words indicate the content of the study's findings.

Implementing Outcome-Based Education in Accordance with ISO 21001 Requirements

The research method investigates the ISO 21001 requirements pertinent to the OBE's implementation as well as an example of its use in one of the study's projects. ISO 21001 in higher education can be used as a control system platform to achieve the desired results under the organization's vision, mission, and objectives, as well as OBE implementation. An example of the application shows that the research carried out OBE's delivery in a more organized and systematic manner by referring to ISO 21001's requirements. Practically, research institutes in Indonesia can use the ISO 21001 standard to harmonize the introduction of Education Standards in the National Standards for Higher Education, particularly competency, curriculum, learning process, and assessment. In addition, the research team uses the PDCA cycle to continuously monitor and raise OBE results.

Correlation Analysis of Soil Nutrients and Prediction Model Through ISO Cluster Unsupervised Classification with Multispectral Data

Precision agriculture is playing a crucial role in raising productivity in India's backbone, with precision agriculture playing a key role in increasing productivity. The agricultural sector is the backbone of the Indian economy, and precision agriculture is playing a significant role in this increase in productivity. Precision agriculture is based on soil chemical parameters. The soil chemical parameters play a vital role. From multispectral results to ISO cluster unsupervised classification, the soil nutrients parameters can be analyzed. Early understanding can help increase soil fertility and fully satisfy productivity requirements, and understanding the nutrient level of soil is highly recommended for farming. Out of 100 samples, the ISO cluster unsupervised system has been used to estimate soil chemical parameter indices. During the validation process, four villages' findings were used for the determination of soil nutrient parameters for Bori village. The results of the research found in the agricultural fields can assist in the planning of soil fertility in the agriculture fields and therefore increase crop yield production in the semi-arid region.

Incorporation of ISO 21001 and National Accreditation Board for Higher Education Criteria in Indonesia

This report investigates whether universities that implement the ISO 21001 standard fulfill the requirements of Indonesia's National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. This report begins by looking at multiple Quality Management tools, including TQM, EFQM, MBNQA, and ISO 9001, as well as the connection between accreditation and higher education, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of using ISO 9001 to promote accreditation. Universities in Indonesia can use the ISO 21001 standard to reconcile the introduction of the National Standard for Higher Education, internal quality assurance procedures, and compliance with national accreditation requirements.
