Fatigue Analysis of a 40 ft LNG ISO Tank Container

Over the past few years, demand for Liquefied natural gas has skyrocketed. LNG is one of the clean energy sources that has attracted a lot of attention. The fatigue damage factor for all of the test cases was much lower than 1. The maximum principal strain in the 40 ft LNG ISO tank container exceeded the calculated value, despite the calculated yield strength. With low-cycle and high-cycle analysis, respectively, a maximum principal stress of 123. 2 MPa and 107. 61 MPa was obtained, which is 50. 8 percent less than carbon steel's yield strength. The total number of cycles was greater than the total number of design cycles, and the 40 ft LNG ISO tank container was used with a fatigue life of 20 years, and the total number of cycles was more than doubled over.

Effect of Gene Silencing of Translation Initiation Factors eIF(iso)4G and eIF(iso)4E on Sour Cherry Rootstock Resistance to Sharka Disease

Sharka disease, caused by the Plum pox virus, is one of the most infectious, quarantine viral diseases that affect stone fruit crops. Natural resistance to the virus in stone fruits has been a determining factor in the use of genetic transformation techniques to obtain stable forms. The eIF4G and eIF4E genes encode translation initiation factors used in the PPV life cycle. The vulnerability of sour cherry rootstock 146-2 plants to the sharka disease was investigated in the present study. Plants that cannot be found intragenic marker-free plants were produced using the pMF1 vector containing recombinase R and a codA-nptII gene. The AGL0 strain of A. tumefaciens is responsible for a successful genetic transformation. The quantitative PCR revealed that quantitative PCR had confirmed the silencing of the eIF4G and eIF4E genes in transgenic plants. PPV plants of all transgenic rootstock lines were infected with PPV by the process of grafting with infected buds. After infecting, two years after infecting, the ELISA findings revealed that silencing the eIF4G gene did not result in increased resistance, but silencing the eIF4G gene resulted in increased resistance to the PPV. The study shows how a mosaic technique can be used to produce stone cultures resistant to the plum pox virus by suppressing the genes of translation initiation factors in clonal rootstocks.

The present paper seeks to determine the effect of Food System Management ISO 22000 on Coca-Cola's loyalty in Algeria by satisfaction as an intermediate variable. The findings also showed a poor indirect correlation between food safety management techniques and customer loyalty, as shown by a correlation coefficient, which was estimated at 0. 23 percent.
