SECI Model Combined with ISO 9001 2015 to Support Organizational KM for Manual Assembly Manufacturing Operations

Manual assembly manufacturing processes, which account for a substantial number of industrial sectors, require tacit knowledge at an individual level. This paper introduces an organizational knowledge management framework for manual assembly manufacturing processes based on ISO 9001:2015 and SECI conversion cycle. This framework provides recommendations for implementing a KM approach within the quality management system, allowing knowledge to be handled in a variety of ways, including tacitness level, and overcoming some of the most common KM limitations.

Iso-Oriented Anatase TiO2 Mesocages as a High Performance Anode Material for Sodium-Ion Storage

Abstract The absence of suitable anode materials was a major barrier in converting Na-ion batteries. The anatase TiO 2 mesocages produced by crystallographically oriented nanoparticle subunits were first introduced as a high-performance anode for Northern Ireland by the NiB. It's notable that the TiO 2 mesocages have a high reversible capacity and excellent rate capability, which is why it's so surprising. The sodium-ion storage process of anatase mesocages is mainly controlled by pseudocapacitive behavior, which is different from lithium-ion storage and further supports the high rate capability.

UMT's risk management is in the MEDIUM position, meaning that the university does not face risks that could stop / destroy information sources that have an effect on teaching and learning's cessation, but it is likely that risks and weaknesses in universities can have an effect on university results immediately.

Increased levels of the oxidative stress biomarker 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α in wastewater associated with tobacco use

Abstract Wastewater analysis has been shown to be a helpful tool in determining the overall trends of drug use by a population, but the full potential of wastewater-based epidemiology has yet to be explored. F 2 -isoprostanes are a first-generation wastewater biomarker that will investigate cumulative oxidative stress at a community level. In this research, 8-iso-prostaglandin F 2u03b1 was investigated in raw 24 h-composite wastewater samples collected in 4 Norwegian and 7 other European cities in 2014 and 2015. The estimated daily load of 8-iso-PGF 2u03b1 in the 11 cities varied between 2. 5 to 9. 9 mg/day/1000 inhabitants, with a population-weighted mean of 4. 8 mg/day/1000 residents. The 8-iso-PGF 2u03b1 mass load was found to be highly associated with trans-3-hydroxycotinine gene, although it had no correlation with ethyl sulfate. The present review reveals the possibility of 8-iso-PGF 2u03b1 as a wastewater biomarker for community public health assessment.

An ISO-certified genomics workflow for identification and surveillance of antimicrobial resistance

AMR gene expression analysis using DNA-based bacterial AMR gene detection is described here. Here, we provide details about the development and testing of abritAMR, an ISO-certified bioinformatics platform for genomics-based bacterial AMR gene detection. The abritAMR platform tailor-made reports and utilize NCBI's AMRFinderPlus, as well as additional functions that classify AMR determinants into antibiotic classes. We also compared genomic analyses of phenotype for 864 Salmonella spp. The abritAMR kit and validation datasets are now available to help laboratories around the world harness the AMR genome's in scientific research.

Abstract Abstract: Mechanical phenotyping of single cells is a new method for cell classification, allowing for the determination of useful parameters related to cell biology and structure. Cells migrate sideways, influenced by an acoustic field, into streams of increasing acoustic impedance until reaching their cell-type specific point of zero acoustic comparison. We describe a method for obtaining a suitable acoustic contrast gradient in a cell-friendly environment and using acoustic forces to maintain the gradient in the presence of destabilizing forces.
