"On-site screening of copper ions in body fluids plays a vital role in measuring human health, particularly in heavy pollution areas. " Copper ions determination in human body fluids is carried out by a 3D printed integrated microdevice in this research. As a result, a more accurate copper ion reaction ratio and, as a result, a greater sensitivity, which was shown in the electrolytic microcell based on the flow detection device. The simulation of the finite element method established the necessary optimum parameters of the hybrid channel and the microcell. The average recovery was found to be 95 percent. The developed microdevice was further used to detect copper ions in clinical samples using a standard addition method. The success of copper ion detection with the integrated microdevice was similar to that of the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry technique in the same practical samples, showing significant compatibility with body fluidomics testing.
