Thermo-Mechanical Behavior of Geothermal Energy Pile in Indian Sand

Under the Paris agreement, 40% of India's electricity capacity would be generated by 2030 using non-fossil fuel sources, according to India. The renewable energy generation should be used to reduce the carbon pollution intensity by 35% by 2030 from 2005 levels. Geothermal energy can be a novel idea and employed as a heat exchanger system with the support of a geothermal energy stack in this context. Moreover, by installing a geothermal energy pile, space conditioning's energy demand for space conditioning can be satisfied. COMSOL Multiphysics, a finite element software developed in this paper, is therefore analyzed numerically in this paper. The thermal cycle was used in the same way as diurnal and annual average ambient temperature of Jamshedpur city. In addition, the effect of soil's thermo-physical properties on geothermal energy piles' thermo-mechanical behaviour is investigated.

Effect of Occupational Health Safety and Rewards on Employee Performance and Work Motivation as Intervening Variables at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Sibayak

Human resources as employees cannot be separated from issues relating to occupational health and safety at work, as well as occupational health and safety as a result of occupational health and safety, employers can foster morale and comfort among their employees. This study seeks to determine if employee engagement is influenced by occupational health and safety and rewards, as well as whether recognition can be used to promote occupational health and safety, as well as employee recognition. This type of study was causal associative research using data analysis software that included descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of occupational health promotion and recognition on employee performance through work motivation show a direct influence value of 0. 782 and an indirect effect of 0. 672. So that there is no effect of the Occupational Health and Rewards variables on employee outcomes as a result of workplace motivation.
