Transcriptome profile of MV4-11 cells with FEV deficiency

Utilizing shRNA, FEV expression was knocked down in AML cell line MV4-11 cells, reducing the regulation mechanisms. To assess the control mechanisms, FEV expression was knocked down in AML cell line MV4-11 cells. MV4-11 cells cultured with non-silencing control, FEV shRNA, FEV shRNA, and FACS were cultured for 3 days and sorted by FACS. Overall design: Two groups of MV4-11 cells were transfected with NC or shFEV, with two samples in the NC group and four samples in shFEV group, and four samples in the shFEV group were sorted by FACS.
