This paper discusses a Fuzzy Emperor Penguin Optimization algorithm-based resource provisioning framework for heterogeneous cloud environments. The VM allocation scheme is used to implement the correct number of virtual machines to physical machines. The proposed Fuzzy-EPO algorithm does the VM consolidation mainly to reallocate overloaded VM to under-loaded PM to minimize the migration time, and the brownout function is included to reduce energy consumption.

Epo-IGF1R crosstalk expands stress-specific progenitors in regenerative erythropoiesis and myeloproliferative neoplasm

ABSTRACT The erythropoetor landscape is reformed in regenerative erythropoiesis, the erythroid progenitor landscape is restructured, and a previously unknown progenitor population with CFU-E involvement is notably expanded to rebuild the erythron. In sCFU-E cells lacking cytoplasmic tyrosines, inhibition of IGF1R/IRS2 signaling hinders cell growth, while exogenous IRS2 expression aids cell formation. In myeloproliferative neoplasm patient samples, the number of sCFU-E like cells increases, and the inhibition of IGR1R/IRS2 signaling blocks Epo-hypersensitive erythroid cell colony formation continues. In summary, we describe a new stress-specific erythroid progenitor cell line that links regenerative erythropoiesis to pathogenic erythrocytosis.
