This report seeks to provide a quantitative overview of the energy policy changes impacting Japan spot market liberalization and evaluations the market clearing price and the regional spot prices based on the hourly contribution of the supply stack mix and the merit order effect. Total observations of 438,240 data records from 2016 to 2020 the study obtains an hourly dataset in panel data format from 2016 to 2020. The spot prices of Hokuriku and Chugoku tend to reduce the price increases in Kansai, while Tokyo and Tohoku are strongly related, with Jakarta and Tohoku going up. The continued rise of population, industrial growth, and urbanization has all contributed to the inevitable production of wastewater sludge, which will require more sludge disposal and renewable energy generation technologies in the recent years. This research paper explores the potential selection of the most effective or economically viable thermochemical conversion techniques to treat, dispose, and produce gas energy in turn heat and electric power. This can be achieved through an advance multi-criteria decision making model that employs mathematical hierarchy analysis and the procedure for ordering of preference by similarity to the ideal solution to build a AHP-TOPSIS focusing on scientific and economic criteria. This process is considered one of the most effective thermochemical processes with zero waste production by pyrolysis conversion techniques, and it can gas recover energy and materials such as biogas, biochar, water, tar, etc.

Capsaicinoids and their analogs are present in several varieties of peppers and have received a lot of attention as weight control agents. An increase in energy consumption and fat oxidation at rest has been noted, as well as appetite and energy intake reduction. Supplementation with CAP has also been shown to improve exercise results. Another potential effect of exercising CAP is to raise energy expenditure and fat oxidation. EE during exercise was found to be higher in EE during exercise in comparison to non-CAP conditions. Only one research found a rise in EE during exercise compared to non-CAP conditions. During exercise, we found seven studies that fulfilled our inclusion criteria for substrate oxidation measurement. One study showed lower fat oxidation under CAP conditions, while two others reported higher fat oxidation with CAP supplementation. Some increased EE and fat oxidation at rest, according to studies obtained, but this does not mean that the effect of CAP at rest was not carried over to exercise. CAP's effect on substrate oxidation during exercise can be determined by further studies.
