Management of disseminated intravascular coagulation after thoracic endovascular aortic repair of type B aortic dissection: a case report.

The reason for dissection of type B is distal dissection with thoracic endovascular coagulation is a disseminated intravascular coagulation, a rare and unusual complication. The optimal treatment of aortic dissection-related DIC remains uncertain. After TEVAR of aortic dissection, he was reported to have DIC after successful case management, including gingival bleeding and multiple subcutaneous petechiae, as well as multiple subcutaneous petechiae and was found to have DIC. After improving laboratory results after anticoagulation therapy, followed by oral rivaroxaban for maintenance, the patient was first released with improved laboratory results after. Warfarin and tranexamic acid can be a safe option for long-term maintenance therapy.

Exploring the epidemiology of disseminated intravascular coagulation: protocol for the DANish Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DANDIC) Cohort Study.

Introduction Since disseminated intravascular coagulation was first identified, it has been described as a significant problem to clinicians and a significant threat to clinicians. The DANish Disseminated Intravascular Cohort Study will investigate questions regarding the incidence and mortality of patients with DIC and time trends, as well as time trends. Methods and analysis We will establish the DANDIC Cohort using information obtained in everyday clinical practice in the Central Denmark Region, which covers approximately 1. 3 million residents. With more than ten years of almost complete continuation, it will be possible to merge this data with other unique Danish health registries. The Danish Patient Safety Authority, the Central Denmark Region, the Danish Data Protection Agency, and all the hospital chairs have approved the scheme.
