PicTalky: Augmentative and Alternative Communication Software for Language Developmental Disabilities

Augmentative and different interaction is a practical methods of communication for people with language handicaps. In this research, we suggest PicTalky, which is an AI-based AAC system that assists children with language developmental handicaps to enhance their communication skills and language comprehension capabilities. PicTalky can refine both message and pictograms more properly by linking a collection of neural-based NLP components. We executed robotics AAC for the first time by applying PicTalky to the NAO robot.
