"Abstract" is the product of embryonic cartilage's complex shape, which poses a significant barrier to phenotyping and basic knowledge of skeletal development. Using a unique manually annotated database, we recommend a CNN-based segmentation scheme optimised for the large image size that we generated using a unique manually annotated database.
