Long noncoding RNA UCA1 promotes the expression and function of P‐glycoprotein by sponging miR‐16‐5p in human placental BeWo cells

According to each, ABCB1 expression, Pu2010gp expression, and its cellular efflux function could be reduced or increased because of overexpression of the UCA1 gene, UCA1 inhibition or overexpression. RNAu2010FISH reported that lncRNA UCA1 was mainly present in Bewo cells' cytoplasm. After lncRNA UCA1 inhibition, a microRNA array was used, and ten significant miRNAs were found. Potential target miRNAs of lncRNA, miR21, and miRcode were also used to search potential target miRNAs of lncRNA, UCA1 and miRu20105p were found out using LncTarD, LncRNA2Target, and miRcode. MiRu201016u20105p was involved in the positive regulation of lncRNA UCA1 on the expression and function of Pu2010gp, according to the rescue experiment. It was discovered that lncRNA UCA1 could directly interact with miR20105p and miR201016@u20105p, thereby directly targeting the ABCB1 coding DNA sequence region.

A Two‐in‐One Annealing Enables Dopant Free Block Copolymer Based Organic Solar Cells with over 16% Efficiency

Organic solar cells manufactured on block copolymer systems have aspired to achieve the right balance of power conversion efficiency and stability, but the primary indicator, PCE, of these types of devices remains low. Herein we expand our previous success in post treatments to a new twou2010one annealing tactic, which ensures limited phase separation and well-u2010-connected domain distribution. As a result, the optimal PCE is expected to be 16. 08%, representing the cutting-edge level of block copolymer based OSCs at the university level.
