Perovskite solar cells based on CsPbBr 3 have attracted considerable attention due to their high quality and all-inorganic components. Although thermal annealing is a common and effective way to raise the quality of CsPbBr 3 films, property enhancement plans are still lacking, particularly for the vapor deposition process. A MAPbBr 3 layer is added at the TiO 2 and CsPbr 3 interface to create a double-absorber heterojunction system in this study. Due to epitaxial expansion, it has been discovered that the cubic phase of CsPbBr 3 is initiated directly on the MAPbBr 3 underlayer.
