Nursing Cooperation Pattern for Patients With Advanced Pancreatic Cancer and Abdominal Pain Undergoing Endoscopic Ultrasound-guided Celiac Plexus Neurolysis.

Patients with pancreatic cancer at a late age can suffer from severe abdominal pain as a result of celiac plexus invasion, and the analgesics they receive often have intolerable side effects. Objectives For patients with advanced PC and abdominal pain who have received EUS-guided CPN, the study sought to determine the ability of two nursing cooperation models to reduce patient pain, minimize operation times, increase operational efficiencies, and raise nurses' satisfaction. Participants At one of the two hospitals between January 2019 and January 2020, 40 patients with advanced PC who underwent EUS-guided CPN. Intervention Twenty participants at Changhai Hospital received the traditional nursing cooperation scheme and became the control group, while 20 others at Shenzhen People's Hospital received the new nursing cooperation scheme and became the intervention group, while 20 others at the Shenzhen People's Hospital received the new nursing cooperation model and became the intervention group. Outcome measures The study examined clinical evidence, nursing methods, diagnostic accuracy, and key points for the two studies, as well as comparing the effects of the new nursing cooperation strategy to that of traditional nursing. At 82. 25 u00b1 8. 18, the intervention group's satisfaction was significantly higher for operation times for the control group and the intervention group, not only were the operation times more different, but also for the intervention group's post-intervention, at 83. 35 u00b1 8. 18, higher than for the control group. Conclusions The new nursing cooperation scheme for patients with advanced PC and abdominal pain under EUS-guided CPN can reduce surgical time and patient satisfaction, as well as nurses' satisfaction.
