Goals to recognize causative microorganisms in spartan liquid society of patients with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis additional to decompensated liver illness and their level of sensitivities to ceftriaxone as an empiric therapy. One of the most common organism was E. coli with a frequency of 42 practically fifty percent were ESBL stress 20 complied with by Klebsiella 15 among which 5 were ESBL strains while Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 12.
