History Cases of intense sphenoid sinus problems complicated by septic cavernous sinus thrombosis and inner carotid artery stenosis are seldom reported. Conversation Case 1 recovered with marginal neurological shortages and had Glasgow Outcome Scale and changed Rankin Scale ratings of 5 and 2, specifically; nevertheless, the Case 2 had GOS and mRS scores of 3 and 4, respectively.
