Goal: This research study was created to know regularity of various bacteria triggering urinary tract infection in kids in our region. Study style: case seriesPlace and period of study: This research was carried out in Pediatric division of Naseer Teaching Hospital Kabir Medical College Peshawar, from august 2011 to January 2014. Methodology: A total of 550 sample of urine were sent for society and level of sensitivity, of which 100 cases were found positive for microbial development. Uti prevailed in women than male. Conclusion: UTI is common issue in all age groups of children-coli are the most usual pathogen triggering UTI.
