This report reviewed the main findings of various studies carried out from 2015 to 2021, as well as the attitudes and behaviours of cattle farmers and rural veterinarians regarding biosecurity measures. Biosecurity in cattle raising is still relatively poor and faces numerous challenges. Cattle farmers rely heavily on rural veterinarians for scientific assistance and regard them as trustworthy informants.

Factors affecting to the application of biosecurity practices on beef cattle farms in Bone Regency

Abstract The aim of this study was to find reasons that could have influenced the adoption of biosecurity methods on beef cattle farms. The total sample consisted of 51 beef cattle farmers, which was gathered by purposive sampling. Primary and secondary data were used to analyze primary and secondary data. The Guttman scale was used to determine if biosecurity measures were used or not. R 2 was 0. 923, according to the survey results. All independent variables, however, were significant in applying biosecurity techniques on beef cattle farms.

Abstract of the study In Bone Regency, South Sulawesi, the aim of this study was to determine the use of biosecurity techniques on beef cattle farms. The total sample, 51 beef cattle farmers, was chosen deliberately, but not necessarily. Primary and secondary data were used to analyze secondary and secondary data. From Biosecurity Good Management Practices, there were 34 questions answered.
