Thyroid hormone hormones play an important role in distal knee SOC formation, but whether TH influences proximal FH formation is unexplored. Our study also established differences in the key transcription factor regulation of genes involved in the different steps leading to proximal FH cartilage calcification and endochondral ossification of the distal femur. The results of molecular pathways leading to postnatal cartilage calcification can help diagnose pathological calcification in soft tissues such as aorta, kidney, and articular cartilage.

The aim of the current research was to investigate the effectiveness of quantitative 3D ultrashort echo time-based biomarkers in detecting proteoglycan loss and collagen degradation in human cartilage. For the trypsin digestion study, four cartilage samples were randomly divided into a trypsin digestion group and a control group. In the sequential digestion test, no significant differences were found between the PBS + Tris and PBS+ 30 U col groups, although T1 and AdiabT1u03c1 values increased in both the PBS + Tris and PBS + 30 U col groups, but AdiabT1 and AdiabT1u03c1 tests revealed significant differences, but AdiabT1 and AdiabT1 and tryp + 30 U col groups compared to increase in the tryp + 30 U col group, the PBS + 30 U03c1 and PBS + 30 U3u03c1 and PBS + 30 U3u03c1u03c1u03c1 and PBS +30 U & U col groups &T1 and PBS+30 U3u03c1 and PBS+30U03c1u03c1u03c1u03c1u03c1u03c1U03c1u03c1u03c1u03c1u03c1u03c In the tryp + 30 U col group compared to the PBS+ Tris group, significant declines in MMF and MTR were discovered.
