Methods The Fushimi AF Registry is a community-based prospective survey of AF patients in a Japanese city. The female proportion in the G1 group was grater in the G1 group, while the G1 group's patients were older. Patients with persistently low DBP had a higher risk of cardiovascular events than patients with DBP of 70-79 mmHg, as shown by the DBP. Conclusion In Japanese AF patients with elevated blood pressure levels less than 130 mmHg, patients with abnormally low DBP had a dramatic rise in cardiovascular disease, and DBP exhibited a J curve association with elevated risk of cardiovascular events.
