Objectives: To determine the cardiovascular fitness of breast cancer survivors with an active lifestyle compared to those with sedentary lifestyles, the aim of this study was to compare the cardiovascular endurance of breast cancer survivors with an active lifestyle. Participants were divided into four categories: two groups of active women who completed more than 150 minutes per week, BC and active without BC; and two groups of sedentary women who performed less than 90 min/week in BC, sedentary with BC and sedentary without BC. There were no differences between the active groups in VO_2max. In the Act-BCW group's body composition and fat mass measurements were significantly lower than in the sedentary groups. Women who are Act-BCW can have similar values in physical appearance as women who are Act-HW and have higher morale than women who are sedentary, according to the study. In addition, our findings show that physical fitness may have a greater effect on body composition than a previous history of BC.
