The acute manifestation of coronary artery disease is acute myocardial infarction. The effect of miR-431-5p on cardiomyocyte apoptosis in hypoxia-reoxygenation-induced HL-1 cardiomyocytes was determined after AMI was determined by interfering with miR-431-5p.
