Adsorption of Malachite Green Dye Using Carbonized Water Lily Leaves: Kinetics, Equilibrium and Thermodynamics Studies

This research was designed to look at the possibility of carbonized water lily leaves as a cheap adsorbent for Malachite Green dye adsorption. For the removal of MG by batch adsorption method, the effects of contact time, dosage, initial concentration, and pH were investigated. For the various operating temperatures of the experiment, the Pseudo-second order model best represented the kinetic results for the varied operating temperatures of the analysis. Therefore, this research showed that carbonized water lily leaves adsorbent and can be used as an alternative adsorbent for the adsorption of harmful dyes such as Malachite green dye.

Adsorption Isotherms, Kinetics and Thermodynamics of Methylene Blue Dye Onto Activated Pergularia daemia Carbon

Methylene Blue dye was removed from aqueous solution by using Activated Perpetrate Daemia Carbon. Human beings and animals are vulnerable to determent issues due to dye contaminated water treatment that has been pushed out from the industry. Perpetraria daemia Carbon was investigated for its potential use as an adsorbent for the removal of Methylene Blue dye from Methylene Blue dye in this study. The APDC may be used as a low-cost adsorbent for Methylene Blue dye removal from the aqueous solution, according to the present study's objectives.
