We investigated key pathways involved in gastric cancer development and analysis of potential drugs by systems biology and bioinformatics tools due to the relatively poor response of gastric cancer to surgery and adjuvant therapy, as well as the intricate role of risk factors in its outbreaks, including protein-pomp inhibitors and viral and bacterial infections. The underlying mechanisms were also reconstructed, with non-coding RNA versus coding RNA interference network and gene-disease network reconstructed to help identify the underlying mechanisms. Fostamatinib appears to be a potential therapeutic agent in gastric cancer due to its inhibitory role on two survival genes.

We used 91 miRNAs found to be down-regulated in NSCLC for this research. These miRNAs were selected from miRNA databases with functionality in NSCLC, including miRBase, miRDB, miRTV, and others. In order to obtain physiologically relevant data about the target miR-520c-3p, experimentally, GSEA was used to examine 24607 genes published experimentally in order to obtain physiologically relevant data about the miR-520c-3p. MiR-520c-3p's presence in the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway was recognized. Conclusions The therapeutic use of miR-520c-3p in a synthetic circuit was investigated, which may be helpful in suppressing tumors in NSCLC. ".
