Abstract The multivariate marginal model can be used to simultaneously investigate the causes affecting both FBS and HbA1c using longitudinal data. To have higher accuracy, the model fitted to multivariate longitudinal studies should reduce redundant parameter estimation in order to have greater accuracy. In this research, a multivariate marginal model is used to simultaneously investigate the causes impacting both FBS and HbA1c in patients with type 2 diabetes in Northern Iran with longitudinal results. Using longitudinal data, a multivariate marginal model is used to determine the causes influencing FBS and HbA1c. When fitting the longitudinal multivariate model for the relationship between FBS/HbA1c and sex, age, a history of elevated blood cholesterol, and body mass, we investigated the similarity of coefficients. If an independent variable has similar effects on both responses, only one coefficient should be estimated, which would increase the model's accuracy and the accuracy of the findings.

The reduction of mice's blood sugar level by thorny palm skin and noni extract is the subject of this study.
