One of the world's largest historic mosques, the Masjed-e J0101meu2019 of Isfahan is one of the world's largest historic mosques. ANTIBIOTIC SUSCEPTIBILITY PATTERN OF BACTERIA ISOLATED FROM PATIENTS' WOUNDS AND HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENTS OF MADONNA UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL ELELE, RIVERS STATE NIGERIA

This paper was aimed at investigating the antibiotic susceptibility pattern of bacteria isolated from patient's wounds and hospital environment of Madonna University Teaching Hospital Elele, Rivers State, and the clinical environment. In millimeter, antibiotic sensitivity was determined by antibiotic sensitivity after being cultured on Muller Hilton agar impregnated with commercial antibiotic discs and incubated for 24 hours and zones of inhibition. The most common species of Staphylococcus was seen in Pseudomonas species, although Pseudomonas was significantly smaller than others. Light-regulated Gene Expression in Bacteria: Fundamentals, Advances, and Perspectives

Opogenetics, or the regulation of gene expression in bacteria, is the subject of a genetic modification. Gene expression can be up- or downregulated stringently, reversibly, non-invasively, and with precision in space and time, as shown by light cues in the near-ultraviolet to near-infrared region of the electromagnetic spectrum. Here, we investigate the underlying causes, available options, and classic examples of optogenetically controlled gene expression in bacteria. Optimogenetic surveillance of bacterial expression mostly employs three main techniques: light-sensitive two-component systems, oligomerization reactions, and second-messenger signaling. First, a light-dependent expression, supports new theories and strategies for improved yields in microbial production processes. While living within animal intestines, second, light-responsive bacteria can be optogenetically stimulated, allowing the identification of compounds that provide health benefits to the animal host. These publications contribute to the maturity of the optogenetic approach, serving as blueprints that can be used to stimulate and guide innovative use cases of light-regulated gene expression in bacteria.
