Effect of Modified Epley's & Semont's Maneuvers With or Without Beta-histine on Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo: A Randomized Control Trail

BPPV Material & Methods: The research was a single blind random control trial. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the reliability of Modified Epley & Semont's trial with and without betahistine. Both movements were carried out only when group B contained participants receiving betahistine as part of both procedures, although group A was receiving both maneuvers and group B was only receiving betahistine as a result of both operations. By Wilcoxon rank test, and for between groups, Mann Whitney U test was administered.
