Securing medical data by role-based user policy with partially homomorphic encryption in AWS cloud

With ease of access and lower cost, Cloud technologies for storing and accessing a large amount of data is available. Prioritizing to the cloud, sensitive data such as patient electronic health data should be encrypted before outsourcing to the cloud. A Secure Partially Homomorphic Encryption algorithm is suggested in this report to ensure the outsourced data and perform multiplication and division operations on the ciphertext. The access control scheme in the cloud environment is more flexible. An attacker can quickly gather sensitive information by bypassing another user's login policy. The above issues have prompted us to develop a model that would include the current scheme SPHE and role-based user policy. Based on user roles in the EB environment, AWS Identity and Access Management's service creates users, and the access level policy is established based on user roles. With SPHE's role-based user policy, this model achieves data integrity and data confidentiality.
